Near East College students shine with their records!
Near East College took pride in the Turkish Inter-High School Swimming Championships held in Bursa. 9th grade student Barkan Cem Aykut and 12th grade student Enes Kansız achieved great success with their outstanding performances.
Barkan Cem Aykut made a name for himself with his tremendous performance in the 200 meter breaststroke. With a time of 02:44.40, he broke the TRNC school sports long course record and achieved a significant success.
On the other hand, Enes Kansız rewrote the TRNC school sports long course record in the 50 meter butterfly category with a time of 00:27.65. In addition, Enes also displayed a magnificent performance in the 200-meter butterfly and 100-meter butterfly categories and broke valuable records. With a time of 02:16.11 in the 200 meter butterfly and 01:00.61 in the 100 meter butterfly, he renewed the TRNC school sports long course records.
