University Sports and Basketball Federation Back Together for UniLeague
Hüseyin Aşkın Kınacı, President of the University Sports Federation, and Ertuğ Nasıroğlu, President of the Basketball Federation, have signed another agreement after completing talks on the UniLeague. The two federation presidents agreed to establish a joint committee and cooperate on the details of the UniLeague.
In a joint statement released after the meeting, President Kınacı and President Nasıroğlu emphasized that the UniLeague will be a bridge between the federations, which will act jointly in the UniLeague Women and 3×3 branches. This cooperation will give a boost to university sports and the lower categories of basketball.

“We want to support young talents and strengthen the foundation of basketball by using the unifying power of sports. UniLeague is an important step to help us achieve this goal.”

The presidents announced plans to hold a joint press conference after the details of the sponsorship deal are finalized. This press conference will launch UniLeague and share the details of the cooperation with the public.
