Special U18 Handball Season Begins in Memory of Tolga Kinaci
The handball season in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus will make a meaningful start this year. The 2023-2024 Handball Season will start on Thursday, November 30th at Atatürk Sports Hall under the name Tolga Kınacı U18 League. In order to keep the memory of Tolga Kınacı, who made great contributions to the TRNC Handball Federation as a referee, who passed away recently, the league was named after him.
The season will start at 18:00 with a match between UKU and Yükseliş teams. After this exciting opening match, Doğukent and NEU teams will face each other at 19:30. The struggle of young athletes symbolizes Tolga Kınacı’s love for handball and his commitment to athletes.
Tolga Kınacı’s contributions to the handball community will continue to be remembered with the performances and determination of young players throughout this season.
